Good quality, application takes practice

I ordered the Under-Lash Application Kit with The Original Collection and the Black Lash Adhesive a few weeks ago. Shipping took 5 days to reach me in California, which was pretty standard. The packaging was neat, and everything arrived intact. Applying the lashes for the first time was a bit tricky; it definitely took a couple of tries to get them placed correctly underneath my natural lashes. The Precision Lash Applicator helped, but I still struggled with getting the inner corner segments to sit right. Once I got them on, they felt secure and looked natural, not heavy at all. They lasted about a week before I noticed some lifting. I used the Lash Cleansing Foam and it worked well without irritating my eyes. Solid lashes, minor adhesive issue

I tried The Sweetheart Collection with the Made For This Adhesive. The lashes themselves are very comfortable and gave a lovely, natural volume. They stayed on for about 6 days, even with showering carefully. My only minor gripe was with the adhesive; it was a little stringy coming out of the tube, making a clean application a bit more challenging than I expected. But once applied, it held strong. Delivery was on time, and the Lash Storage Case is practical. Good overall experience, just wish the adhesive was less messy.
